Purposes and legal bases We process personal data to handle B2B inquiries, pre-contractual communication and project alignment. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the inquiry relates to a possible cooperation. Where we document inquiries, prevent misuse or organise business communication, processing is based on legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Statutory retention and documentation duties may be based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. 3. Data processed Depending on the form submission, we process name, company, business email address, phone number, project country, project location, trade or service area, timeframe, work scope and message content. During technical transmission, IP address, submission time and technical metadata may also be processed. 4. Form transmission and recipients We use Web3Forms (web3forms.com) for the technical transmission of form inquiries. According to the provider, form submissions are not stored permanently but forwarded to the specified email address; server logs may temporarily contain personal data. The provider states that its servers are in the US-East region and that Web3Creative, based in India, operates the service. Transfers to third countries therefore cannot be excluded. Additional recipients may include selected project partners or advisers where this is required to review or handle the inquiry. 5. Required data The required fields in the form are necessary so that we can process your inquiry properly. Without those details, we usually cannot handle the inquiry. 6. Retention Inquiry data is retained only as long as needed for inquiry handling, business development, contract performance, documentation purposes or statutory obligations. Inquiries that are not pursued are regularly deleted or anonymised once there are no legitimate retention reasons. 7. Rights Under the GDPR, data subjects have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Cookies and local settings The website uses only a necessary language-preference cookie and a local browser setting to remember the selected language. No analytics or marketing cookies or trackers are used. Fonts and image files are loaded locally from this website. 9.
